Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Sales Executive to promote our software solutions, especially Build Enquiry CRM, to builders, developers, real estate brokers, CP, and property consultants. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
• Connect with builders, developers, real estate brokers, and property consultants.
• Demonstrate Build Enquiry CRM and explain its features and business benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer information, sales pipelines, and follow\-up activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; sales or marketing qualifications are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or software sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and conducting product demonstrations.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience in real estate sales or SaaS/software sales is an advantage.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to learn.
