Buildhood is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective clients, understand their home construction requirements, and convert enquiries into successful projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer\-focused approach, and the ability to explain home construction services clearly and professionally.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, online enquiries, referrals, and field activities.

• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
• Explain Buildhood’s home construction services, processes, packages, and benefits.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and consultations.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project details with clients.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client discussions, follow\-ups, and sales status.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong, long\-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in home construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow\-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction and interior works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage.
• A valid two\-wheeler and driving licence are preferred.
