- Lead Generation \& Pipeline Strategy: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through strategiccold outreach, professional networks, social channels, and high\-impact referrals.
- Product Evangelism: Initiate engaging conversations with prospective buyers, effectively diagnosing their painpoints and introducing Altrodav’s ecosystem of products and services.
- End\-to\-End Sales Execution: Deliver highly compelling sales presentations, tailor product demonstrations to matchclient needs, and maintain persistent, value\-driven follow\-ups.
- Relationship Capital: Build and nurture deep, long\-term trust with prospective and existing customers to driveorganic retention and client satisfaction.
- Objection Handling \& Negotiation: Navigate complex client inquiries, overcome pushback with composure, andclose value\-driven deals efficiently.
- Target Ownership: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas, taking full accountability forpersonal revenue generation.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous, up\-to\-date documentation of all pipeline activities, lead statuses, andconsumer insights within our CRM databases.
- Cross\-Functional Syncing: Collaborate seamlessly with internal product and client success teams to guarantee anelite onboarding experience for new users.
- *Who We Are Looking For**
- Academic Base: Bachelor's degree completed, or currently in your final year of graduation (ready to transition into immediate full\-time employment).
- Communication Mastery: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills, with an innate ability to capture attention and project confidence.
- Persuasion \& Grit: A high emotional intelligence (EQ) coupled with persuasive negotiation skills and a natural abilityto command client conversations.

- Experience Profile: Prior experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Business Development, or high\-visibility Campus Ambassador roles is highly advantageous, though raw passion and coachability will always be prioritized.
