Sales Executive

CANTY is an energy drink brand focused on expanding its market presence and building a strong distribution network. We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales across Mumbai, focusing on retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and general trade outlets.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion at retail outlets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate pricing, orders, and deliveries with distributors.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain client records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support promotional activities and market expansion initiatives for CANTY Energy Drinks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages, energy drinks, soft drinks, or other fast\-moving consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of the Mumbai retail market and distribution network.
• Existing contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel across Mumbai, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales reports and tracking orders.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive sales professional with a strong market network, a business development mindset, and the ability to expand CANTY's distribution and sales across Mumbai.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards, plus performance\-based incentives.
