• *Salary:** ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month \+ Incentives (if applicable)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Officer to develop and expand the business related to scaffholding, nutbolts and anker fasteners . The candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network.
• Appoint new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Generate primary and secondary sales.
• Visit dealers and retailers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Collect payments (where applicable) and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience in pipes, building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, electrical, paints, cement, or FMCG distribution.
• Experience in dealer and retailer network development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per hour
