• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused **Customer Support cum Sales Executive** who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Tamil**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Identify and reach out to prospective clients, and deliver product demos to showcase features and benefits.

· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and chat.

• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure closure and retention.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• **Mandatory language proficiency:** English, Hindi, and Tamil.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude with a customer\-first approach.

Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹6,000\.00 per month
