Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target\-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Espirit Toyota. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer enquiries, promoting Toyota vehicles, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk\-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Generate leads through calls, references, and other marketing activities.
• Explain Toyota vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams.
• Maintain customer databases and update lead information in CRM.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding.
• Target\-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Personal Two\-wheeler with valid DL is preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in sales (Automobile industry preferred).
