Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience. \- Strong knowledge of the local market. \- Good network with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. \- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \- Must be able to achieve sales targets. \- Own two\-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Responsibilities: \- Develop new retailers and distributors. \- Visit the market daily and generate orders. \- Achieve monthly sales targets. \- Build long\-term customer relationships. \- Collect market feedback and competitor information. Compensation: \- No Fixed Salary. \- 100% Target\-Based Earnings. \- Compensation, incentives, and commission structure will be discussed during the interview based on performance.
