• *Job Summary**

Responsible for handling customers, explaining furniture products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and product recommendations.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Explain product features, quality, materials, dimensions, pricing, and available designs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate furniture products and suggest suitable options based on customer needs and budget.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required sales documents.
• Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure furniture products are arranged neatly.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the concerned team regarding stock requirements.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Maintain customer details, sales records, and daily sales reports.
• Support promotional activities and suggest additional products to improve sales.

• *Qualifications**

• Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and designs is preferred.

• *Experience**

• 1–3 years of experience in furniture sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
