Maan Enviro Technologies is a leading manufacturer of solid waste management equipment and processing plants, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for municipal and industrial waste management across India. We are looking for a dynamic and self\-driven Sales Head to support our business development efforts and strengthen customer relationships.

  • *Job Overview:**

The Sales Head will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer engagement to quotation preparation, follow\-ups, and order closure. The role requires close coordination with the technical and management teams to develop proposals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare commercial and technical quotations in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle, ensuring timely follow\-ups and regular customer engagement.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide solutions, and address queries.
  • Identify and approach new customers, consultants, contractors, and project developers to generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales funnel, tracking leads through every stage of the sales process.
  • Coordinate with management for pricing, proposal strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions, technical documents, and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, enquiries, customer interactions, and sales reports.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events when required.
  • Develop long\-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Support management in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering, industrial equipment, capital goods, infrastructure, or environmental solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

**Work Mode**

This is a full\-time, in\-person role based in Indore.

Working hours: Monday \- Saturday, 9 AM \- 5:30 PM.

**Compensation**

Salary Range is between INR 15,000\-INR 35,000 per month. Final salary will be in line with experience.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
