Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide pre\-sales and post\-sales support.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, payment follow\-ups, and dispatch planning.
• Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales\-related documents.
• Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as accounts, dispatch, factory, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
• Assist in vendor registration and tender documentation processes.
• Manage sales orders and customer records in SAP/ERP systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or customer support.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP/ERP software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or retail sales support.
• Knowledge of invoicing, dispatch coordination, and client management.
• Strong follow\-up and relationship\-building abilities.
