SALES EXECUTIVE

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by selling marine equipment, systems, spare parts, and related services to shipowners, shipyard and fleet operators, The role covers lead generation and technical consultation through quotation, negotiation and order follow\-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across commercial shipping, offshore and shipyards and ship designers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vessel owners, fleet managers, shipyards, marine consultants and procurement teams
• Promote the company’s marine equipment portfolio, which includes main propulsion s, deck equipments, pumps, valves etc
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products, configurations, and solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements.
• Track enquiries, projects, and vessel refit or new\-build opportunities from initial contact through delivery and post\-sales support.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify emerging customer or regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, service, and after\-sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and periodic sales\-performance reports.

Sales Targets

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
• Grow the active customer base and expand sales into new territories or market segments.
• Increase repeat business through strong account management and after\-sales follow\-up.
• Maintain an accurate, healthy sales pipeline with regular forecasting.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
