About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Sr. Sales Executive to lead business operations, expand market presence, and drive channel \+ project sales across Hyderabad \& Telangana.
The ideal candidate understands the sanitary ware market deeply, manages dealer and project ecosystems, and can build a strong, high\-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for the topline, bottom line, and growth for the South region.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
- Channel Development \& Management Appoint, onboard, and strengthen dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Improve retail penetration, product availability, and market visibility.
- Project \& Institutional Sales Build strong relations with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers.
- Drive project conversions and ensure alignment with influencers.
- Team Leadership \& Performance Lead, mentor, and manage Territory Managers / Area Sales Executives.
- Ensure team productivity through training, guidance, and regular reviews.
- Market Expansion \& Competitor Insights: Identify new markets, emerging pockets, and expansion opportunities.
- Track competitor movement, pricing, schemes, and new launches.
- Business Operations \& Discipline: Maintain credit control, ensure timely collections, and manage outstanding limits.
- Coordinate with marketing \& supply chain for smooth operations and product availability.
- Candidate Requirements: Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Hyderabad \& Telangana market dynamics.
- Strong channel network exposure \+ project sales experience.
- Leadership mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel intensively within the region.
