About Vajra Garments

Vajra Garments is a uniform manufacturing and supply company serving schools, hospitals, corporates, medical colleges, academies, and other institutions. We are looking for energetic and result\-oriented Sales Executives who can generate new business opportunities and build long\-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients including schools, hospitals, corporates, medical colleges, academies, and other institutions.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new business.
  • Meet decision\-makers such as Principals, Administrators, HR Managers, Purchase Managers, and Management Representatives.
  • Understand client uniform requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, samples, and product presentations.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain records of client meetings, follow\-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
  • Confidence in conducting client meetings and field visits.
  • Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach.
  • Good follow\-up and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Corporate Sales, or Field Sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual willing to travel extensively.
  • Experience in uniform sales, garment sales, institutional sales, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
  • Own two\-wheeler preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
