Ewaantech is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive \- IT to drive business growth by acquiring international clients and expanding service sales across key markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands\-on experience in IT service sales, CRM tools, and the ability to understand technical client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Ewaantech’s services including:
- Mobile Application Development
- Website Development
- Custom Software Development
- UI/UX Design Services
- Digital Transformation Solutions
- Identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long\-term clients
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets
International Client Management
- Handle clients outside India with professionalism and strong business communication
- Experience working with GCC clients is highly preferred
- Understand international client expectations, business etiquette, and delivery standards
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to align proposals and project estimations
CRM \& Pipeline Management
- Manage leads, follow\-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM platforms
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure timely follow\-up and conversion optimization
Technical \& Solution Understanding
* Possess technical or semi\-technical understanding of
- Mobile apps
- Websites
- Web applications
- Software development lifecycle
- Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams
- Assist in solution pitching and proposal customization
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Proven experience in IT services sales
- Experience selling software services such as:
- Mobile apps
- Websites
- Web platforms
- Custom software
- Hands\-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling GCC clients
- Technical or semi\-technical knowledge in software development
- Experience in proposal writing and client presentations
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
