Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers interested in purchasing residential plots.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
• Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Handle client queries, negotiations, follow\-ups, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Attend developer meetings, project briefings, and channel partner orientation sessions.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with potential customers to convert leads into successful sales.

Candidate Profile \& Requirements

• **Education:** Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred.
• **Experience:** Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Loan Sales will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in residential property or plot sales will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
• Must possess a two\-wheeler for local travel and client coordination.
• Willingness to work on weekends, as required for client meetings and site visits.
