Sales Executive

• *Duties and Responsibilities**

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in\-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

### **Sales**

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.

### **Store Operations**

• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits.
• DSR and Daily checklists.
• Placing stock requests to HO.
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints, and escalating to Cx dept if required.

### **Requirements**

• *Qualification**
• ----------------

• Preferably, graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
