Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self\-motivated Sales Executive with a passion for business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in both B2B and B2C sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of driving business growth by acquiring and managing clients as well as managing all metrics of Customer Success. This is essentially a dual role – where the clients acquired during the sales period are successfully managed (end to end) after the sales push.

Experience

• *Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Sales.**

Experience in Education, Retail, FMCG, Uniforms, Publishing, or Institutional Sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities (Sales)

• *Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.** Conduct sales meetings and deliver effective product and service presentations. **Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.** Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long\-term business.** Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. **Negotiate pricing and close business effectively.** Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer requirements. **Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.** Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. **Maintain records of leads, meetings, and customer interactions.** Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversions and repeat business.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per month
