Sales Executive

• *Overview**

Secura Developers Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Sales Executive to support the sales function across our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Sales \& Customer Acquisition**

• Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, channelpartners, and customer networking.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow\-up and relationshipmanagement.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.

• *Customer Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

• *Channel Partner Coordination**

• Support and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral agents.
• Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and sales closures.
• Participate in partner engagement activities and promotional events.

• *Sales Reporting \& Market Intelligence**

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Track sales progress and submit regular reports to management.
• Gather market feedback and competitor information to support business growth.

• *Marketing \& Promotional Activities**

• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, campaigns, and project launch events.
• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate enquiries and increase project visibility.

• *Experience \& Qualifications**

• *Mandatory Experience**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate.
• Exposure to residential apartments, villas, commercial spaces, or property sales will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling techniques.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
