Position: Sales Executive
Identify and contact potential customers.
Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and online sources.
Explain product features and benefits.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after\-sales support.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Good communication skills (English, Tamil, Hindi if applicable)

Common Requirements
10th/12th pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (depends on company)
Freshers may be accepted for entry\-level roles
Experience in sales is preferred
Two\-wheeler and driving license are often required for field sales jobs
Salary in Chennai
Fresher: ₹15,000–25,000 per month
1–3 years experience: ₹25,000–45,000 per month
Experienced sales executives: ₹45,000\+ per month
Incentives and commissions can significantly increase earnings
