Sales Executive

• Minimum 1\+ year of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related industry.
• Degree or above in any discipline.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales, property market, and customer engagement.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct follow\-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
• Valid two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites, client meetings, and other locations as required.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Local market knowledge and experience in handling property enquiries will be an added advantage.
