We are looking for a target\-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to convert company\-provided leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company into confirmed sales.
• Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and drive sales closures.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper lead follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• Self\-motivated, confident, and results\-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the local Kottayam market will be an advantage.
