Job Description

The job profile includes managing and pushing sales in our various projects and requires \-

Able to professionally close all leads by generating walk\-ins, conducting site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post\-sales processes as well.
Managing the online advertisement responses, responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
Reporting on sales activities to senior management
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned sales targets .
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
To be well aware about Kolkata and 24 parganas real estate market.
