• *Role Overview**

Dreamfly Innovations Private Limited is seeking a target\-driven sales professional with a strong technical background and

hands\-on field\-sales experience to expand EIONIC drone battery sales. The role focuses on developing relationships with

agricultural drone OEMs, manufacturers, dealers, and distributors across the assigned territory.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate qualified B2B leads from agricultural drone OEMs, manufacturers, dealers, and distributors through field prospecting and customer visits.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the EIONIC drone battery network across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer technical requirements and explain relevant battery specifications, compatibility, and product benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and build long\-term customer relationships.
• Manage follow\-ups, quotations, orders, and payment collections.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• *Requirements**

• 2–6 years of experience in technical field sales; experience in drones, lithium batteries, EVs, agri\-tech, or related

technical products is preferred.

• Technical education: Diploma, BE, or BTech; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong technical understanding, field\-sales ability, communication, negotiation, and lead\-generation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned North India territory.
• Multiple\-language ability preferred: English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
