QHT Regrow Hair Clinic is hiring enthusiastic and customer\-focused candidates for its Sales \& Customer Relationship Department.

We are looking for candidates with good communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills who can contribute to our growing healthcare business.

Selected candidates will work across different functions, including Inside Sales, Customer Welcome \& Support, Sales and Appointment/Surgery Date Coordination, depending on their skills and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Connect with potential customers and explain clinic services.
• Manage leads, follow\-ups and customer interactions.
• Assist and welcome patients visiting the clinic.
• Coordinate consultations and appointments.
• Counsel prospective customers and support sales conversions.
• Coordinate with patients regarding surgery date scheduling.
• Maintain customer information and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Achieve assigned individual and team targets.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, customer support or healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target\-oriented environment.
