Job Description
*Job Responsibilities**
Execute solar sales and business development activities in assigned territories as per defined targets and plans. Identify and engage potential customers for rooftop and ground\-mounted solar power solutions.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow\-ups for closures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust, retention, and repeat business. Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
Prepare, present, and explain techno\-commercial proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, finance) to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
