Job Description

VRS Energy Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result\-oriented **Sales Executive – Solar Energy** to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a willingness to work in the field, and an interest in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers for solar rooftop solutions.
• Conduct field visits to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Explain solar energy solutions, system benefits, pricing and available government subsidies.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for surveys and quotations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer details and follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical products or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer\-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
• **Two\-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.**
• Target\-oriented, self\-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
