Job Description
We are looking for a Outbound Sales Representatives outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.
Duties \& Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Set appointments or close deals with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call\-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
- Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
- Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Utilise, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
Candidate Requirement
1\. Must have a engineering , marketing or business administration degree
2\. 0\-2 years of experience needed.
3\. Must be from Pune, Maharashtra
4\. Excellent in English and Hindi communication
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
