TIPS\-G Alwar is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target\-oriented Sales Executive who can guide students and parents regarding career opportunities and help them enroll in our job\-oriented programs such as Software Development, Cyber Security, Data Science, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, and other professional courses.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for helping students build successful careers.
- Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website forms, social media, and walk\-ins.
- Contact prospective students and parents to understand their educational and career goals.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- *Student Counseling \& Admissions**
- Explain course features, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, scholarships, and placement support.
- Conduct one\-on\-one counseling sessions with students and parents.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively addressing concerns and objections.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- *Sales \& Revenue Targets**
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Generate referrals from existing students and parents.
- Participate in admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- *Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and coaching institutes.
- Ensure a positive admission experience for every student.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow\-up records.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Update CRM with accurate information and communication history.
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic to good English communication.
- Strong presentation and counseling skills.
- Lead generation and conversion.
- Objection handling.
- Negotiation and persuasion.
- Relationship building.
- MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- CRM software usage.
- WhatsApp Business.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in education sales, admissions counseling, telecalling, insurance, banking, or direct sales will be preferred.
- Fresher to 3 years.
- Experience in educational admissions or counseling is an advantage.
