Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM \- 12:00 AM, Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

We're looking for a smart, confident, and highly articulate individual who knows how to hold a conversation, build connections, and turn opportunities into business.

You don't necessarily need a sales background or prior experience. What matters most is your communication, confidence, ability to think on your feet, and willingness to learn.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make domestic and international calls to potential clients and business leads.
• Identify and generate business opportunities through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Explore relevant projects on Upwork, write compelling proposals, and reach out to potential clients.
• Understand prospects' requirements and build strong professional relationships.
• Follow up with leads, engage potential clients, and help convert conversations into business.
• Research potential clients and identify opportunities for business growth.

• *What We're Looking For**

• **Excellent spoken and written English**, with the **confidence** to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A smart, proactive individual who can think quickly and hold engaging conversations.
• Confidence in making calls and communicating with new people.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work towards business goals.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
