: Lead and Guide a Team of 5 to 7 DST’s and ensure productivity Interaction with manufacturers/dealers/sub\-dealers in semi\-urban and rural market for sourcing business Tie\-up with channel partners \& associates for sales program Ensure development of direct and indirect team Interaction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement Follow\-up on Infant delinquent cases and managing PDD’s Job requirements: Min. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV’s) Knowledge of Sale\-Purchase Broker Go Getter Attitude Strong Customer Orientation Self Motivated Good relationship Management Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
