### **Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and result\-driven **Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals for our exhibition and event fabrication services.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and approach potential clients from various industries who participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Pitch our services including stall design \& fabrication, branding solutions, and event setups.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain long\-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our services and meet prospects.

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or advertising industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in a similar role.
