• *Role Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Agentforce to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, configuring Salesforce applications, implementing AI\-powered agents, and ensuring platform security, scalability, and performance. The role requires a strong combination of hands\-on technical expertise, architectural design capabilities, and the ability to lead development teams and collaborate with client stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Salesforce Architecture \& Administration**

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, and business processes.
• Define profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and organization\-wide defaults.
• Design and implement Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative automation.
• Manage Salesforce environments, deployments, release management, and platform configuration.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality, security, and system limitations.
• Establish Salesforce configuration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

• *2\. Financial Services Cloud (FSC)**

• Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for banking, wealth management, insurance, and other financial services use cases.
• Configure FSC data models and capabilities supporting customer relationship management, financial accounts, households, and customer 360\-degree views.
• Develop solutions for customer onboarding, relationship management, account servicing, and financial services workflows.
• Customize FSC functionality to meet business requirements while maintaining alignment with standard Salesforce capabilities.
• Integrate FSC with core banking systems, financial applications, and third\-party platforms.
• Ensure appropriate security, data privacy, and governance controls for financial services implementations.

• *3\. Agentforce \& AI Solutions**

• Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents for business process automation and customer or employee support.
• Configure agent Topics, Instructions, Actions, and routing based on business requirements.
• Develop and optimize prompt templates using Einstein Prompt Builder.
• Create Agentforce actions using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and external API integrations.
• Implement AI guardrails, data protection measures, and appropriate Einstein Trust Layer capabilities.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM and relevant FSC data to deliver contextual and accurate responses.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agent behaviour using Agent Builder and runtime logs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI\-driven automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• *4\. Technical Development \& Integrations**

• Provide architectural guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and reusable Salesforce components.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and other suitable integration patterns.
• Implement secure authentication, data synchronization, error handling, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Review technical designs and code to ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support data migration, application enhancements, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.

• *5\. Technical Leadership \& Delivery**

• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Prepare architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.
• Mentor developers and administrators and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Drive estimation, sprint planning, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and release governance.
• Ensure high\-quality delivery while managing technical risks, dependencies, and project timelines.

• *Mandatory Skills \& Experience**

• 8–11 years of overall IT experience with substantial Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, configuration, security, and declarative automation.
• Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Practical experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, actions, prompt templates, and automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, and sharing mechanisms.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, LWC, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes, release management, and platform governance.
• Ability to lead technical teams, engage with stakeholders, and make architecture\-level decisions.

• *Good to Have**

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or relevant FSC certifications.
• Experience with Einstein Prompt Builder, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI\-driven business automation.
• Experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or other financial services domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, source control, automated testing, and Salesforce DevOps practices.

• *Ideal Candidate Profile**

A hands\-on Salesforce Architect who combines strong platform administration and security expertise with FSC implementation experience and Agentforce capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable designing enterprise solutions, guiding technical teams, and delivering secure, scalable, AI\-enabled Salesforce applications.

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹250,000\.00 per month
