Sales Head – EdTech

Job Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result\-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record of achieving revenue and admission targets. This role is responsible for driving business growth, leading high\-performing sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leaders, Academic Counselors, and Business Development Executives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and improve conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, and develop high\-performing sales professionals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure efficient lead management and CRM utilization.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews.
- Drive a high\-performance culture through coaching, motivation, and accountability.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3\+ years of experience in EdTech sales.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision\-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
