We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in Water \& Wastewater Treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, key account management, and sales growth for industrial water treatment projects and equipment.
- Develop new business opportunities for ETP, STP, RO, UF, ZLD, MEE, ATFD, Dryers, Pressure Vessels, and Total Water Management projects.
- Handle key corporate accounts and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and follow\-ups.
- Generate inquiries, prepare techno\-commercial proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for project discussions.
- Work closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, industries, and corporate clients for business development activities.
- Conduct market analysis, identify customer requirements, and expand business across industrial sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel for client visits, presentations, and business meetings as required.
- *PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- B.Tech / B.E – Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales \& Business Development in Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment industry.
- Strong knowledge of ETP, RO, UF, ZLD, MEE, and industrial water treatment systems.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in handling industrial clients, key accounts, and corporate customers.
