Sales Head

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience exclusively in the Rice Commodity industry. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on exposure to rice trading, international/domestic sales, client acquisition, market expansion, and commodity business development. Candidates from other commodity backgrounds will not be considered.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and manage sales for Rice Commodity business across domestic and international markets.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and importers.
• Handle complete sales cycle including inquiry handling, negotiation, pricing, and order execution.
• Monitor rice market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong understanding of rice varieties, export procedures, shipment planning, and trade documentation.
• Expand business network in key international markets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 10–12 years of experience specifically in Rice Commodity / Rice Trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and export sales.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Existing network of buyers/importers will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle high\-value business transactions independently.
• Strong understanding of rice market trends and pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹2,500,000\.00 \- ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
