Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and highly communicative **Sales Interns** to join our growing revenue team.
As a Sales Intern, you will be the frontline representative of V Sustain Solar Solutions. Beyond making calls, you will gain hands\-on exposure to B2C and B2B consultative sales, learn how to identify customer pain points, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification
- Connect with inbound leads generated by our marketing team through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer energy consumption patterns and requirements.
Client Education
- Explain the financial, environmental, and operational benefits of solar energy.
- Help prospects understand their potential savings and return on investment (ROI).
Site Visit Coordination
- Assist senior sales managers in scheduling and coordinating site inspections for qualified prospects.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow\-ups, and lead statuses in the company's CRM system.
Relationship Building
- Build trust with prospective customers through timely communication and professional follow\-ups.
- Address basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
Target Achievement
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Support lead conversion efforts and contribute to revenue growth.

Communication Skills
