Nova Transformation Services is a fast\-growing digital marketing and AI automation agency helping businesses in India, Australia, and the UAE scale through performance marketing, automation, and brand strategy.
We're looking for a driven, self\-motivated Sales Intern to join our team and help bring more businesses into the Nova ecosystem.
*What You'll Do:**
Identify and reach out to potential clients (SMBs, D2C brands, real estate, local businesses) via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
Pitch Nova's services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website development, and AI automation
Follow up with leads and maintain a basic CRM or tracker
Collaborate with the founder to close deals and onboard new clients
Represent Nova professionally across all communication channels
*What We're Looking For:**
Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi
Hunger to learn sales, digital marketing, and client acquisition
Comfortable with outreach, follow\-ups, and handling objections
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus, not mandatory
Self\-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
