We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Lead / Manager with strong leadership skills and local market exposure to drive business growth in the Cochin region.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales management, business development, client relationship handling, and team leadership. Candidates currently based in Cochin or having strong market connections in the region will be preferred.
- *Sales Growth \& Revenue Generation**
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market potential
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long\-term clients
- *Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and corporate clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle quotations, negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- *Team Leadership \& Sales Execution**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations
- Support team members in closing key deals and resolving customer concerns
- *Market Development \& Strategy**
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and product positioning
- Strengthen dealer and distributor networks
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives
- *Reporting \& Coordination**
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Prepare periodic sales and market intelligence reports
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution
- *Candidate Requirements**
- Minimum 8\+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in team handling and target\-oriented sales management
- Strong local market exposure and networking ability preferred
- Ability to build long\-term client relationships and close business deals effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting preferred
