#### **Role Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Accorian. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4\-6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Candidates with experience selling in India, SAARC, or ASEAN regions are strongly preferred.
#### **Mandatory Skill Sets/Expertise:**
- Minimum of 4\-6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience selling in India, SAARC, or ASEAN regions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self\-motivated and results\-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
