Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and target\-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales closure, client acquisition, and team management skills with experience in consultative sales and business services. (LinkedIn)
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Revenue Growth
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales operations.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates and Team Leaders.
- Conduct daily sales reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Develop action plans to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM practices.
Client Acquisition \& Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with startup founders, MSMEs, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business consulting solutions.
- Handle high\-value negotiations and closures.
- Maintain long\-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Reporting \& Strategy
- Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports and present sales updates to management.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 4\+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
