Sales Manager

2\. Check Inventory Levels: Verify the availability of two\-wheelers, accessories, and spare parts.

3\. Review Sales Targets: Confirm daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Sales Team Management

1\. Assign Tasks and Targets: Allocate tasks and targets to sales executives, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities.

2\. Monitor Sales Performance: Track sales executives' performance, providing guidance and support where needed.

3\. Conduct Sales Meetings: Hold meetings with sales executives to discuss sales strategies, address concerns, and share best practices.

Customer Interaction

1\. Greet Customers: Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

2\. Handle Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

3\. Facilitate Test Rides: Arrange test rides for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Sales and Marketing

1\. Promote Offers and Schemes: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and schemes.

2\. Maintain Sales Records: Update sales records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3\. Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

End\-of\-Day Routine

1\. Review Sales Performance: Evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

2\. Update Sales Reports: Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

3\. Plan for Next Day: Prepare for the next day, setting targets and allocating tasks to sales executives.
