• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales/team handling.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and target\-oriented approach.
• Candidates with relevant industry experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work in Kakinada.
