Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing or IT Services Sales.
• Team handling experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM.
• Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
