We are looking for an experienced and target\-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team, drive business development, and achieve revenue growth by building long\-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings.
  • Promote and sell the company's Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Software Solutions, and AI Business Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, startups, SMEs, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business consultations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial agreements, and other sales documentation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum **3 years** of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Business Services will be preferred.
