ARC Outdoor is looking for an experienced and result\-driven **Sales Manager** to join our team and drive business growth in the outdoor advertising industry.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive new business development and achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads and acquire clients for bus branding, transit media, and OOH advertising.
• Build strong relationships with brands, corporate clients, and advertising agencies.
• Prepare media proposals, pitch presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate deals and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• *Requirements:**

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in OOH advertising, outdoor media, bus branding, or transit media preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
