- *Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**
- *1\. Lead Management \& Response**
- Receive and handle inbound calls generated through advertisements.
- Respond promptly to DMs, website inquiries, and social media messages.
- Qualify leads and categorize them based on intent and budget.
- Assist Sales Manager in day to day operations.
- *2\. Follow\-up \& Pipeline Management**
- Create and maintain a structured follow\-up schedule for all leads.
- Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure timely follow\-ups.
- Maintain lead trackers using Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Ensure zero lead leakage.
- *3\. Broker Outreach \& Channel Development**
- Identify and outreach to brokers in key Mumbai micro\-markets.
- Organize and coordinate broker meets and sales presentations.
- Build long\-term relationships with channel partners.
- Drive broker\-driven site visits and closures.
- *4\. Client Presentation \& Site Sales**
- Conduct compelling project presentations for walk\-in and scheduled clients.
- Clearly articulate project highlights, amenities, specifications, and differentiators.
- Communicate future growth potential and location advantages.
- Guide clients through pricing, configurations, and booking process.
- *5\. Client Profiling \& Need Assessment**
- Quickly assess client background (end\-user vs investor).
- Understand financial capability and purchase intent.
- Align product positioning with client needs.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
