• *Job Summary**

We are seeking dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executives / Managers to drive business growth in the Packaging Adhesives segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build long\-term client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end\-users
• Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical demonstrations
• Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline

• *Candidate Requirements**

• **Experience:** 5 to 15 years in sales, preferably in Packaging Adhesives or related chemical industry
• **Education:** Any graduate (B.Sc / B.E. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred)
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

• Technical understanding of adhesive applications (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
