Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Real Estate Sales

Conveyance: Own Vehicle Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful property sales.

Handle client meetings, site visits, and follow\-ups.

Promote residential flats and explain project features.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and property dealers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with channel partners and the marketing team.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales.

Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Knowledge of the Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Zirakpur real estate market.

Must have own conveyance for client meetings and site visits.

Confident, presentable, and target\-oriented personality.
