• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **highly driven Sales Executive** who can generate leads, build relationships, and close clients for our digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales psychology, enjoys client communication, and wants to grow in the marketing space.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate leads through **Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn \& cold outreach**
• Initiate conversations via **DMs, calls, and emails**
• Pitch CTRL Studios services confidently (ads, content, websites, branding)
• Understand client requirements and suggest tailored solutions
• Close deals and onboard new clients
• Maintain follow\-ups and nurture leads
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
• Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheet

• *Requirements**

• Strong communication \& persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of **digital marketing / social media**
• Comfortable with **DM selling \& cold outreach**
• Confident in handling objections and closing deals
• Self\-motivated and target\-driven mindset
• Fluent in **English \+ Hindi (Hinglish preferred)**

• *Good to Have**

• Experience in **agency sales / marketing sales**
• Knowledge of **Meta Ads / Instagram growth**
• Prior experience in closing ₹10K–₹1L\+ clients
